Production-Line Chemistry
DuraPlate MP is a plural-component pure polyurea engineered for cycle time. The isocyanate and amine-resin components meet at the mix module and gel within seconds of hitting the part, which is what makes it viable as an in-line station rather than a batch process: no flash-off, no oven, no overnight rack. Film build is a process parameter — set by pass count and verified with a standard magnetic DFT gauge — so your quality system can hold it like any other spec.
Being 100% solids and VOC-free also matters on a production floor: no permitted paint booth atmosphere requirements beyond standard ventilation, no HAP reporting burden, and no solvent odor drifting into the rest of the plant.
